「Room was clean and AC was top notch in my room but too bad it smelled so bad like sewer. The smell was everywhere, even the bedsheets and pillows. The other 4 families I was traveling with had less of a smell in their rooms but AC was not as good as mine. Something else I noticed is that the property was slippery especially by the pool area. I saw a few people including myself either slipped or almost slipped. I still really like the hotel and would stay again. The employees were EXCELLENT and...

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...
