「I loved my stay. Everyone was so nice starting from the front desk, bartenders, housekeepers, waiters, they all made our stay so wonderful. They need atleast one nightlife activity. Going to Riu caribe at night or the constant Super Latino show was boring. If they had one night dancing party by the pool, that would be wonderful! Other than that , it was a great trip」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...
