「The rooms, pools, and property were clean and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay very family friendly. I upgraded and I had access to the rooftop pool which was for adults only and it was very relaxing. The staff were the best very friendly and ready to cater to your every need. The food was ok. I went to 5 of the restaurants including the buffet. They had games for the kids to play and pool activities and games with music to enjoy during the day.」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!」
