I left my AirPods in my hotel room after I already checked out and returned to the states. Their concierge supervisor was extremely helpful in assisting me retrieve my AirPods. After housekeeping found them under my bed, turned them in, he shipped them back to me through UPS. I was extremely impressed with how the hotel went above and beyond to return my belongings to me. That and also, I loved the 24 hour room service that was fast and endless gelato in the cafe. And pad Thai in the Asian restaurant was very good!

We loved being pampered here. Everything was on point, from service, to amenities, to comfort. We would absolutely come back here next time we're in Cancun. Highlights: - $20 cooling face and head massage on the beach. - Amazing dinner at Cala di Luna. - Incredible selection and quality of buffet breakfast at Mercado 19. - Drinks and delicious lunch on the beach under our palapa (grass umbrella structure) with towels in our hotel-provided beach bag. Highly recommended!

Atelier was a great stay. The facilities, rooms, walkways, and everything were extremely clean and well taken care of. The resort was beautiful overall with great beach access, pools, and lots to do. There were constant fun and engaging activities to enjoy, and different pool/beach vibes for any type of vacationer. The food/drinks were great with many high tier options, and the staff was EXTREMELY kind. Every single worker walked by with a smile and made you feel welcome. A couple very nitpicky criticism's: the resort is a bit of a maze, it took us almost 3 days to figure out how the buildings/levels worked. When we first arrived at 2pm on a Thursday, all of the dinner reservations except for one restaurant were booked out for the day, and we were told to get on at 12:01 AM to have a chance at the soonest available reservation for Sunday night (we got it and it was worth it for the steakhouse). The room service took a while and wasn’t very good compared to the restaurants we attended (to be expected). Last one: make sure to bring cash if you plan to tip/spend it. All 3 ATMs on site were non-functioning and there was no other way to get cash.

Great rooms and lots of options for dining. Ernesto is a really great activities coordinator. We had a large group traveling together and they were able to make space for us for activities. Dining was a challenge as large parties sitting together was hard to book. The staff overall were great. Amenities and pool areas were well maintained and had different sections for those who like quite vs those who like a little more of a lively vibe.

This resort was a letdown in many ways. Every morning at 9 a.m., the front desk called to promote activities — even when I was sleeping. Housekeeping would leave the door wide open while cleaning, letting mosquitoes in. I got bitten multiple times. The room had poor soundproofing; I could hear staff talking and construction noise daily. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were polite, but others were cold or indifferent. I saw people smoking by the pool and no one enforced any rules. I requested a mini bar refill, but it wasn’t done until the last day — completely unacceptable. Food was mostly disappointing. All dinner restaurants require reservations, yet tables often sat empty. At El Suspiro, the squid was burnt and the lobster was dry. Desserts were overly sweet. Only the steakhouse was decent — pizza, fish, and pasta were all below average. The room was dark, damp, and musty. The beach was far from the rooms, and the shoreline was full of seaweed with no cleanup. Activities like water biking or pottery were always overcrowded due to limited equipment. Overall, this resort fails on service, food, environment, and overall experience. Not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful

From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-tier. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing swim out pool. The bed? Like sleeping on a cloud! The amenities were just as impressive, from the relaxing pool area to the spa services and on-site restaurants, everything was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. Every meal we had was delicious, with fresh ingredients and great variety. What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail and the level of service. Whether we needed recommendations, room service, or help with bookings, the team was always ready with a smile and a solution.
