Very high end for an all inclusive. Food is really great. Resort has an easy and accessible layout. The Palace Resort member folks are a bit much, buy otherwise everything is great. Just say no to their breakfast invitation.

Clean Room. Food was really good, the staff was great. Airport shuttle we called the hotel 3 days before our arrIval and they scheduled our transportation. We chose the private transportation we didn’t had to wait for other people they picked us up fast.

WILL BE BACK!!!!! Stunning resort that makes you feel personally butlered through the whole stay. I was worried it’d be boring or only for the older crowd but it was so lively at the right times (and targeted in certain areas like the sport pool with the pool bar) SERVICE: Literally exceptional. No one came off as “salesperson-y” and everyone was always going out of there way to ensure you had everything you needed. We appreciated the courtesy calls to our room at least once a day to ask if we were enjoying everything and if we needed anything. Felt like they accounted for each and every person at the resort, made you feel special and not just a number. Almost anything you asked for they tried to achieve for you and IMMEDIATELY! Room service was so speedy and they went the extra mile to make sure you barely lifted a finger the entire stay. I’m saying, they GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to take care of things, felt like princess treatment. FOOD: MAGNIFICENT! My boyfriend is a resort snob that’s been to severalllll resorts in Cancun and said this resort had the best food HANDS DOWN. Everything from international cuisines to just simple classics that were perfected. Eggs Benedict cooked to order, same with waffles, omelettes, pancakes, oh my gosh. For anyone saying food was mediocre were probably lazy and didn’t wanna explore the full buffet or read the signs for what you can get cooked to order. You WILL find multiple things you like to eat and done well. STUNNING VIEWS & BEACH!

Amazing stay! the rooms were well appointed and clean, o.ur room had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean, the restaurants were all themed with great courses, the pools and bars were so fun and relaxing, the staff was very friendly and accommodating for reservations and stay extensions (we were allowed to purchase additional nights. due to inclement weather that delayed our arrival) and there were several activities each day. Our group will definitely be returning and we'd highly recommend it!

A wonderful and relaxing adults only week in cancun! My only “complaint” is a slight musty smell to the room. It didn’t take away from our enjoyment - an all around amazing weekly. We received a free room upgrade w Expedia VIP. All the food was great, including the buffet (we loved the handmade tortillas at the Mexican restaurant at dinner). All the staff were amazing. Enjoyed resort credits from Expedia and presentation at Le blanc at the spa. Not a party resort - but enough things going on if you want to partake. All staff were so kind and helpful. Beach was great. Seaweed did wash up every day, but it didnt stop us from enjoying the beach.

Overall, it was a good experience. The problem was more Expedia that states it has 24 hour shuttle access and this is NOT true. It was very stressful and scary to have to find a way to get to the resort but staff at the airport helped us out. At the resort, the staff was nice but like 2-3 times we got staff members that did not look happy but seemed to expect or hint out wanting a tip. The room was amazing but again I had to call for a room clean up after having requested it and after a long day of being out. Other than that I would have to add the resort needs more shows or amenities. Not much to do on the resort but we were ok with it since we went to just relax. Rooms and majority of staff members made the stay pleasant. Oh don’t forget to RSVP for dinner. We struggled to get dinner because no one told us this. Food was delicious so that’s a plus.
