Staff was good,rooms accessible maybe little cleaning will help but the main problem is seating area. Not enough space around pool and beach. Broken beach umbrellas and chairs. No seating area outside at all,if you’re going to warm please you expect to be outside not a chance. Definitely pool restrooms need attention to. Good thing is the staff and food was not bad.

Service was horrible.since we got there. Bell boy was just looking at our car when we got there. Not helping us with our luggages told us to place it on the corner. Check-in agent kept cutting our questions and didnt seem like to answer our questions. Only the bar at night these stuffs were nice other than any of the stuffs were nice at all. We kind of regrated stating at this hotel. We’ve been to Cancun couple of times and this hotel was worst.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurants were good and had a nice variety of food options however we often had to leave sit for a table and there is only one restaurant open for breakfast.

This all inclusive boutique resort had stunning views. Food was very good with a nice variety at the buffet and other restaurants. Rooms (especially bathrooms) need updating. And housekeeping only came once for our 4 night stay. While we enjoyed ourselves, I would not return given the other plentiful options in the Hotel Zone.

I have been to Cancun/Playa del Carmen 5 times. I have always stayed at comparably priced resorts. This by far is inferior yet charges the same price as others per night. The resort definitely feels more like a hotel. There is old paint peeling throughout the resort. The pool has green algae all around where the water line is. Tiles missing everywhere, you stub your toe or scrape your knee on them. The speakers around the pool were always off. They played the same 10 songs everyday from a boom box. Splinters protruding from the wood floor near the pool. The umbrellas were old and torn. People smoked cigarettes near you and ashes wherever. No designated are to smoke and staff didn’t address it at all. On my way up to the room one time, the elevator was wide open and the chute was clearly open ready for someone to fall to their death. I expressed my concern to the staff. They said “yeah we know” I asked for them to come The area off so no one gets hurt. They did. The food was fine. Nothing extraordinary. Best thing was breakfast and the drinks were decent but the waitstaff were the dryest I’ve ever experienced except for Natalia behind the grill, amazing! Francisco ran around very courteous. Absolutely not a kid friendly place. The gym is small and the equipment is 25 years old at best. All in all it was a 2.5 star experience solely based on the lack of entertainment and the visuals. If you are looking for quiet and lame. Def come here. I wouldn’t return.
