Praise the Lord for he allowed my husband and I to arrive safely to Islas Mujeres and for allowing us to have an amazing time. Lord willing we will return and book another stay at Impressions. We Loved the beach, the food and above all, we loved the staff and their great great great service. How I wish everyone learned to treat people with kindness and respect in every corner of this earth. Thank you Impressions for making our stay so amazing and we highly recommend to everyone looking for a tranquil and amazing time.

The most perfect , relaxing resort. The lobby leads right into a view of the ocean and it’s a view you’ll never get tired of seeing. The entire resort smells sensational to where you catch yourself inhaling multiple times randomly. The staff was accomedating , friendly and treated you with the upmost respect and always willing to answer and question or resolve and issues.

The resort was absolutely beautiful from end to end. Our rooms were great and clean as well. We had two butlers Wendizon and Amy who were so helpful the whole trip. Miguel at the Shark Bar was lovely. Really all of the staff was so friendly. Views were incredible! 10/10 would recommend this resort and hope to be back!

If you’re looking to relax, enjoy great food, and take in beautiful views, this is the perfect hotel. If you’re looking to party, this probably isn’t the place for you. The rooms are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we left incredibly impressed. The staff provided outstanding service, the food was excellent, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. We also appreciated how friendly and welcoming the other guests at the resort were, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the near future.

Our stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres was absolutely amazing! Our butlers, Eric and Edgar, were so great and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Guillermo, Jaime, and Maria around the pool and beach were also so attentive and made the days even better. And a special thank you to Osmar at breakfast every morning! He was always so friendly, attentive, and gave us the best recommendations. The service, the people, the whole experience… 15/10 stars. We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back. Already can’t wait!
