Very clean and always kept up. Excellent views staff was very attentive and made you feel at home visit Jose in the coffee shop for fun coffee art and coffee was very tasty. Spa was truly relaxing Keven and Susana was some of the best.

The Zilara informed us 3 hours before our flight that they would not be open and booked us at the Ziva. We had confirmed with the Zilara the day before and had booked cabana’s. At that point we couldn’t cancel flights and decided to go. Zilara then texted at 10:00 pm the day we arrived that they were in fact open and we could move there. At that point we were unbacked at the Ziva and had no confidence that the Zilara was ready as we saw construction equipment at the hotel.

The staff make the experience. It started at drop off with the bell staff and the reception team. All are so helpful and sincerely kind. Gonazalo and his female counterpart doing all of the activities did such a great job with volleyball and other fun activities for the adults. It was so easy to stay healthy. Diana in the gym did a great job with classes. Adrian and Wendi, and ALL of the outdoor staff- deserve HUGE shout outs. Dani for the cabanas was really looking out for us. In the spa all of the ladies in the hydrotherapy area were great and Liliana, my massage therapist was phenomenal. The Spices team and Brandon the room butler went above and beyond for Mother’s Day with a customized photo in our latte foam. So cool! The Sportsbar staff were so patient with a lot of drunk adults.

We stayed 7 days at the newly remodeled Hyatt Zilara it is a beautiful luxurious resort The service and friendliness of the staff is outstanding! 11 out of 10 stars The new rooms are really nice and modernized, we love the touch lighted mirrors and all the new bedding. The restaurants are all very good we really liked the Italian, but the buffet at the Spice restaurant was not so good, mostly the lunch buffet. The entertainment was lacking especially the White party, could of fallen a sleep. We did not enjoy the solo woman playing techno at the pool, nobody was even interested. The seating in the main lobby is not positioned where you can watch any of the performers. We did enjoy the foam parties and the dancers at the pool, and we really had a great time playing volleyball, Sandy is the best! We are undecided if we would return.
