“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue.
1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416
The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay.
In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick.
I hope management address this issue for future guests.

“I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for their bathtubs are not senior-friendly. The tub is higher than a regular one. It’s hard to get into and out of it. If you’re interested in their Fiesta Rewards membership, it would take days or a week before your account to be activated. Ask about the cancellation. They wouldn’t mention that when they’re doing their marketing sales.
The staff are friendly and their housekeeping team was excellent. Most of them speak less than basic English. Translate app would……
