very disappointed thatthey did not have Beach service for drinks as they did 2 years ago. overall, the staff was very pleasant and the other restaurants were very good but definitely would not recommend the steakhouse at all!

March 2026 Loved our 2 week vacation, loved the hotel footprint and the staff are so friendly. The entertainment team was fantastic and very entertaining. My only complaint and it’s minor but the slamming of the doors at all hours is next level. Once is an accident, multiple times is just rude. I feel for those that had children sleeping. 👏👏to Victor Zavala in the dining room and Willie at the pool bar for taking care of us so well. Thank you!

We had a Villa, outdated but fine for our stay. Overall resort is older but clean. Staff was friendly. I wouldn't stay again because of the food. The beach and ocean view is what makes this place.

Found our vacation and stay very average. Buffet food was cold most times, but the restaurants food was good. Drinks we very inconsistent. Room was clean but beds we found were not comfortable. Some staff were awesome and very hospitable but we found most of them to be very unhappy. We spent most of our time at the main pool, which had lots of entertainment's, but music itself was very dull most of the day. Would not return

We had a room with a partial ocean view on the 2nd level, so we did not see a big part of it (just a little in the corner) but the view was stinning - the swimming pool with the palms and the sky. Rooms were clean and got serviced every other day unless you ask for more often, which is for sustainability. I liked that. The biulding has nice architecture and interior is very good. The only negative coment we have is the bathroom doesn't have air vent. It is placed outside of it by the sink. Great welcoming staff. You can relax or have fun. The hotel is nearby interesting atractions like the Nature Jungle toor (on the lagoon) and the Maya museum for history and art on a walking distance. There is staff that helps you to book excursions or provide interesting activities in the hotel properties. Evening shows and nice restaurants on site as well.Both beautiful and entertaining. The beach site is nicely incorporated in the guests life with a bar and umbrelas. Shezlongs and towels are provided. The outside area is nicely created on a few levels with 3 large pools, jacuzzi, and a kid's pool. The hotel privides a free shuttle to the shopping mall, which we did not have time to go. From and to the airport you need to pay for transport unless you are a VIP level, which we did not pay for but got a good deal through Expedia. There are nice stores in the hotel that you can find anything you need or want. I recommend it for your Cancun vacation. We felth safe and secure.

The main negative aspect of our stay was a serious safety issue. The hotel provided a crib for my daughter that broke in the middle of the night. Fortunately, she was not hurt, but the situation was very frightening for her and for us. After the incident, she became scared to sleep in the replacement crib, and we were also worried about the possibility of something similar happening again. The hotel staff did respond the next day with a visit, offered medical assistance, and provided some gestures to try to make the situation right, which we appreciated. However, it raises concerns about how something like this could happen in the first place. Either there is a lack of quality control over the cribs provided to guests, or there are gaps in the hotel’s internal safety processes. Had we been a bit less fortunate, or if the child had been younger, the outcome could have been much worse. Another downside is that the hotel is very strict about not allowing guests to take food to their rooms. Since room service can take 45 min to arrive, this policy can be inconvenient when traveling with young children. We also had an issue with the bathroom being clogged. Maintenance came to fix it while we were out, but unfortunately they left the bathroom in a very poor state, with an awful smell. Even the cleaner couldn’t believe how their employee could have left it like that. I would like to highlight the staff who work very hard and try their best to assist guests.

The property is very clean. The staff was very friendly overall but service was hit or miss. Long waits poolside for drinks. Went to one restaurant and waited 20 minutes before walking out as no one ever came to take our order for lunch.

We had problems with our door key working through the whole stay which was six nights. Also we were not given proper instructions for our adventure to a water park that we booked with the hotel. Staff tried selling us membersships/time shares non stop
