“Gorgeous, well-maintained, and clean resort. The food was consistently 10 out of 10! The staff was always smiling, helpful, and responsive. Our swim our suite along the lazy river overlooking the spa was dreamy and romantic. The room had a large jacuzzi tub inside the room, and another jacuzzi tub on the outdoor patio. You don't need to bring toiletries - the room has *fragrant and luxurious* shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton balls, q-tips, and……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!”
