Check in time was way too long. They just look to get you in timeshare type of presentation and make you VIP member. The beach is terrible and could not be even call the beach, water is brown with see grass all over. Not possible to swim in such ocean. The only good thing is personal who clean hotel well and food at buffet restaurant. Getting into specialty restaurants is just wasting of time, at Italian restaurant took us 2.5 hours to get the food we did not order, because they didn't have the fish we ordered, just brought us something without telling us prior to it.

While the property itself is beautiful, the overall dining and service experience fell far below expectations, especially for an all-inclusive resort. At the Italian restaurant, we arrived at approximately 7:30 PM and did not receive our food until around 8:30 PM. When the food finally arrived, it was extremely disappointing in quality and frankly inedible. Because of this delay, we missed the nightly entertainment, which was one of the highlights we were looking forward to during our stay. We didn’t leave the restaurant till 9:30pm. And during the first half of the dinner the fire alarm kept going off. The Caribbean restaurant was also very misleading. The menu was primarily seafood and did not reflect authentic Caribbean cuisine. My boyfriend is a vegetarian, and one of the options provided was grilled carrots, which were poorly prepared and unacceptable as a main dish at a resort of this caliber. They were boiled briefly and drizzled with yogurt. Additionally, our group of 11 was split across two table tables they refused to seat us together and food was served 10–15 minutes apart, making it impossible to dine together. To make matters worse, the hostess was rude and dismissive when we asked to clarify the reasoning. The buffet was the only consistently reliable dining option.Outside of dining, the beach was disgusting due to excessive seaweed, and the beverages were also overly sweet even the natural juices were artificial.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda, sin embargo pagué por una vista al océano y no fue lo que recibí. En el hotel me informaron que se trató de un error de Expedia, lo cual fue decepcionante. La propiedad es muy limpia y el personal es amable, eso es un punto positivo. El buffet tiene variedad, aunque he visto opciones mejores en otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Si el motivo principal del viaje es la playa, no recomendaría este hotel. El área de playa es muy reducida y la playa no es bonita en comparación con otros destinos. Otro punto negativo es que para los restaurantes de especialidad no se aceptan reservaciones, lo cual es un gran error, ya que la espera es muy larga. The hotel itself is lovely. The food and service is also very good. However there is no beach. There is no sand. There is no way to walk along the beach in front of the hotel or any of the other hotels in the area. The sand has been washed away. There is no place to run. The road into the property is all holes and dirt. While I understand that this is caused by nature, it should not be advertised and charged for as a beachfront holiday. The description of the beach is misleading and we left the property before our check out. We received an apology and management’s assurance that we will get refund for the used days. So far we have not received anything. They handled it all very professionally and I trust it is coming. I hope they fix their situation. And until then we will not return nor recommend it.

Staff was great, everyone friendly, the food was impeccable - honestly the best from the all inclusive I’ve been to. Facilities also great, my kid loved the children club and child minding. The only thing that could be better was the second bed in our room - was supposed to be two queen beds, but we got one queen and one sofa bed. The sofa bed the mattress was really uncomfortable, my mom has fibromyalgia and was in pain during our stay. Otherwise everything went really well. We’d come back if in a two queen beds room. The beach is also not great - is a small beach space and it has sea weed.

There is no access to a beach!! The hotel is old and there is mold in the bathroom. The rest was ok or nice. Animation was overall decent. We had to wait to get seated at restaurants.

Iberostar is very nice, but the only thing is that they charged you a fee and say that is an environmental charge which it doesn't say anything on the booking. I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT BUT THEY GAVE ME A RECEIPT FOR A SEAT I asked where it says about environment they could not proveded me any info. Thats why I gave a 3 star because of that scam fee
