Staff was amazing, everyone deserves a raise. Food was a solid 8/10. Breakfast selection was huge. I wish the had more meat selections though. Amenities were beautiful. Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes ...

Un hotel chiquito y silencioso, la alberca del cuarto está helada, lo cual es una pena porque no se puede usar., Pero la del penthouse esta muy bien. La limpieza podría mejorar. El personal muy amable . Muy bien ubicado.

The front desk provided great service, very responsive and helpful! The property is very relaxed but pretty far off the beaten path. We did love having the roof top pools and bar, the manager there is the best.
