“Property was large and spacious, lots of room to explore. We went with the rooftop suite and loved it! Room was highlight! This location is set up well for couples and has a great local vibe. Room service was a bit slow and concierge was unheard from.. Food was mediocre, par for the course.. expected. 24 hr coffee shop was nice! Common pools are warmer and not ice cold... nice!!”

“Everything was great however the coupon system some of the venders looked and acted confused or didn’t want to honor the coupons. It was my birthday weekend and I didn’t enjoy those moments”

“The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead. They conveniently dropped the moped off directly at the hotel and picked it up before our departure, which made everything super easy. The hotel is located on a strip with several other……

“Everyone was so pleasant! The breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and some additional items were delicious. I enjoyed the social hour and took the opportunity to talk to a couple of people. Jose and another concierge made perfect recommendations for excursions.”

“Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me.”

“The staff did not clean my room once during my visit after I requested multiple times. Each time I let the staff know to clean my room it wasn’t cleaned when I got back at the end of the day and the last day I was even refused towels.”

“Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup. ”

“The property is clean and peaceful but, to be transparent, it didn’t match the advertisement. The staff is not uniformed and while kind/helpful, seemed transient. The AC was not on prior to arrival, there was a lot of plaster cracking and peeling above the shower head. No daily turn down or room cleaning, and the safe didn’t work. The ‘jacuzzi’ is just a stagnant mini pool and there is not an active bar, spa, or restaurant onsite. The pool lounge chair fabrics are torn. Many small details……

“The kitchen is large with plenty of storage. Kettle and coffee maker and large fridge . I would suggest more pots and pans for 4 people accomodating the room ”

“I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot”

“Went on a girls trip to truly disconnect from reality, and I can honestly say this place hit every single spot we needed. Beautiful and peaceful. All you heard were the birds . Also loved that you could use the bikes to get around!! ”
