“Está bien ubicado, la persona que atiende por la mañana en recepción es excelente para hacerlo. El hotel tiene todo lo requerido y está muy limpio. Tiene un súper mercado justo frente. Hay muchos lugares para comer cercanos de todo tipo de alimentos. Realmente cercano al centro del lugar.”

According to the pet policy at the time of my booking, it stated: “Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD $20 per accommodation, per night.” However, when I checked in, the hotel tried to charge me USD $20 per pet, per night instead. It was only after I told them I would contact American Express to dispute the charge that they agreed to honor the pet policy as it was advertised. “What a beautiful hotel! Nice little pool to have a dip in after a warm day out and about. One side has bubbles and the hotel makes sure to keep the pool clean. Very friendly and helpful reception. They helped with arranging taxi and when one taxi didn’t show up in time they checked and eventually it came after all. They gave good tips on how to get the collectivo bus to the beach. Unfortunately Tulum struggles a bit with seaweed but the city is very nice to stay at. There is plenty to do like……

“My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful.
