"This hotel was the perfect family-friendly, laid-back, all-inclusive hotel for me, my wife, and our 9-year-old. The whole place is very well-staffed, and they all go out of their way to anticipate your needs before you even ask for something, whether it is fresh, dry towels, drink refills, or anything else you need. Everything from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave is carefully coordinated and almost scarily perfect. When you arrive, you get - all for free - a welcome drink, cold towels, handcrafted wristbands, and your bags taken to your room. The staff is warm and kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. They have 4 or 5 on-site restaurants, plus a large buffet and a poolside sushi bar, to choose from for meals. Our room was spacious, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. The location is stunning, with ocean views from every room. The gym is nice, the pools are clean, clear saltwater pools that are spacious and well-maintained. When we went, there were many sites on the onsite beach where sea turtles had laid their eggs, and we learned some cool information about them from staff biologists. Snorkeling where you can see the adult sea turtles is walking distance from the hotel. You are also sure to see local critters relaxing and coexisting with you around the grounds, such as iguanas, hermit crabs, a coati, and others. We made a great choice coming there."
