“From Roberto at the front desk when I first arrived made sure I would be able to enjoy my stay. My room was always clean and some special touches. The Grand Palladium catered to all guests, young and old. The beaches were kept amazingly clean. The food was great, the a la carte restaurants were easy to book and had great food. Any issues that came up were dealt with in a professional manner. ”
