“We just got back from our stay at the Grand Serenis. I wish we had more time! It was a short stay! But everyone was super nice and accommodating. We had time by the last day to check out all of the pools, lazy river, and most of the restaurants. We were eligible for a massage included with our Expedia booking. We didn't have time to do it, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Maybe Expedia could have let us know at booking, and asked us to schedule it then, so we didn't miss out. But I don't……

“The property is gorgeous and housekeeping was on point every single day. Big shoutout to Angel, Giovanny, and Blanca — they were genuinely great and made the trip feel special. I had arranged a birthday decoration setup for my boyfriend prior to arrival and it was beautifully done — and housekeeping kept it maintained throughout the rest of our stay. We had complimentary breakfast every morning which was a great perk — always fresh and a nice way to start the day. Food overall is on the……
