"The power/water/wifi was out for many hours each day of our stay. It was inconvenient to be without these necessities, especially considering the high temperatures of the area. Vacasa guest services were unhelpful, but responsive. It appears that these power outages are frequent and that Casa Xila does not have an adequate generator to accommodate power outages and surges that may happen in this area. "Located in the La Veleta neighborhood the townhome at Atman Residences is a very nice, very comfortable plan. The two pools are refreshing and a nice addition as is the privacy throughout. The property manager (Quentin) was attentive and responded extremely quickly to any and all requests. "We had a great experience, the costumer service it amazing! The food it’s delicious and all the employees super polite and friendly all them make you feel very welcome, the resort super clean with a lot different things to do the steak restaurant was our favorite! We definitely recommend. "

"If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat. The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views. The staff overall—from the front desk, to restaurants, and maids—were wonderful. Very attentive and polite. The concierge checked in daily, was super helpful in booking taxis and ATVs, and offered suggestions for other things to do. This was helpful since the seaweed was in full effect, but it didn't take away from the stay or the trip. It was still beautiful, could go in the ocean and lay on the beach beds. Don't let that stop you from booking!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Our group came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and love the boutique, secluded feel of the hotel while also having direct access to food/nightlife. Everything we did was ~15 mins away. The on-site pool, bike rentals, restaurant, etc. were also really nice. Advice for future guests… - Bring your bug spray. The mosquitoes were pretty bad while we were there. To be fair, it had also rained our first day. - After booking, ask the hotel about shuttle service. They connected us with a family owned shuttle service who were initially only supposed to take us to and from the airport to the hotel, but they were so amazing that we ended up using their services for our entire trip. They’re a 24 hour company. 5 star experience with them. "

"This seemed like a new property as everything looked and appeared as such. It was clear, had more than everything we needed. Amenities like padel court were a great addition. The pool was a highlight! I would highly recommend staying here instead of the hotel zone as it offers better proximity to restaurants in Centro which is better in my opinion. Overall 10/10!"
