Voici ce que j’ai écrit: Le site est enchanteur, malgré les sargasses, et le service est super et chaleureux, surtout avec la charmante Beatriz qui a toujours su bien nous conseiller. Nous avons adoré notre chambre avec vue sur la plage et l’océan, grand balcon, lits séparés pour les ados. Les palapas confortables à la plage, le sable fin, le soleil quotidien dans le ciel bleu- tout pour de très belles vacances!

This place is beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff is so kind and helpful. My only complaint is we never had the cleaning lady come in so we ran out of toilet paper and our trash was over flowing. But it was so easy to overlook with how nice everything else.

My husband and I just celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary with CoCo Unlimited. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite March 2nd - March 9th. Our stay was absolutely incredible! The staff was very attentive and super friendly! Our room was very clean and inviting. The property was beautiful & very peaceful. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel. We walked to dinner each evening and really enjoyed the proximity of the resort to shops and local hot spots. We look forward to returning next March. Thanks for a lovely vacation! 5 stars 🏝️✈️❤️

The staff here are all wonderful and welcoming. They work very hard to make sure.your stay is comfortable. Our room was nice except for the gap in the sliding door. We found a few big beetles in the room as well as a small gecko. None of this ruined our stay but I feel this door should be replaced as most of the other doors have been. The food was excellent and drinks were nice as well. It was our first time at a non all inclusive so the daily money spending was something to get used to. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance so we visited those as well. The pool and grounds were well kept and there were plenty of seats and beach lounges on the beach. We would stay again but maybe a shorter stay snd move throughout Tulum.

The room, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! The location is great too. They are across the street from a convenience store for beers, tequila or other requirements. All the staff from the front desk, to waiters to security were all fantastic and happy to see us. The food was absolutely amazing and above expectations. 10/10. We will stay here every year going forward.

Rooms are extremely clean. While there is no tv, time to reconnect with your special someone. The staff, including Betty, Arnorld and Andre and all the restaurant staff were amazing. If you want a break from the big resorts, Tulum is the place to go. The staff were so amazingly awesome here . I will be definitely be staying here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. The staff was outstanding - friendly, helpful, attentive to every issue. We had read some less than complimentary reviews but had no issues whatsoever. The room was spacious, super clean, king bed was comfortable, there were lots of comfy pillows. The free breakfast was better than expected - made to order, a nice portion, good choices, tasty. One thing: don't expect a shiny glass tower - this place is rustic beach vibe, thatch roof, concrete floors. It is very well maintained. Security is tight, they will park and guard your car. We plan to return in the future.

I stay all over Tulum, but Coco has a piece of my heart. It’s right in the middle of the beach which is nice you can walk forever on the sand and reach multiple beach front properties. It’s very clean, the rooms are kinda insane for the price, like I had an our door private hot tub and I didn’t even know it came with the room. The restaurant has phenomenal food and the staff is so lovely. Also, it’s rather quiet and I sleep like a baby here.

Amazing gorgeous design of the room, amazing service, amazing beach, amazing location - right next to all the famous clubs and restaurants of Tulum Zone Hoteliera. The food could be better though. But We really really really loved our stay in Coco unlimited. Also! they have pool! It was the best one amount 7 hotels in this area that we stayed before...Yes, we love Tulum a lot!

The staff at the front desk upon check in were lovely. During our stay, Betty was amazing. She was always sooo friendly and kind. She was eager to help in any way (my Garmin watch needed charging a couple of times durong our stay and she was eager to help out). Rooms were cleaned daily if required. Food was very good, pricey though. Breakfast was included but it was just ok. Mixed Drinks were crazy expensive - not many drank by us. Beer was ok priced. Lots of sargassum at the beach, and they only cleaned it up when there was an event planned from outside the hotel. Beach and amenities were lovely though. Just prepare - you can not flush TP anywhere in tulum. It must be deposited in the garbage cans.

This is a lovely boutique size hotel on an amazing beach. The rooms are bungalow style and seem to have been updated in terms of beds/bedding/fixtures. So nice. The location right on the beach is special. The small size means there was never an issue with loungers or places to hang out. The staff are a highlight. So friendly and helpful. Several restaurants and shops are right outside. Walk for miles on the sandy beach.
