「The hotel staff made me feel VIP and was helping from the moment of booking up until I left. They made getting to and from the airport easy and always had an open dialogue with amenities or local activities. Highly recommended!」

「We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected 」

「This was a beautiful place in a good location to dining and shops. There were clear instructions for getting to the house as well as for check in. Lupita was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns and was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Nous avons aimé l’endroit, très calme. Malheureusement, impossible d’utiliser la mer car elle est rocheuse. Les chaises dehors et dans la cuisine ne sont as confortables, le divan sans accoudoir ne l’est pas non plus. Nous avons adoré le lit et les oreillers. La piscine est très bien. La petite piscine privée derriere n’est même as nvitante. Condo plus petit que les photos le proposent. 」

「My experience at this property was amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival, AC worked well, pool was the perfect temperature, house was secure and safe, but let’s get into the host!! Unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Her communication was on point from checking on us to helping us order food to recommending different excursions or activities going on for the weekend. This property was also minutes away from the tulum nightlife and lots of restaurants. The only issue I experienced...

「I beautiful clean property! Location is awesome, not extremely central, but close to all amenities and a five minute drive from the beach. Property owner and management company are very communicative, and answer questions and I’m very timely manner. Can’t wait to come back and stay at this place again.」

「A perfect location if you don't want to be in the middle of the Tulum center. Amazing new house. It will only get better when the Condo will be finished. Even know it was already a pleasant location. The owner was extremely responsive and open for suggestions. Would reco to everyone.」
