"Staff was great. Room was good. The trip was good. Hauling suitcases up three floors was not pleasant. Three flights a few times a day was too many. When we arrived the water heater was broken and the television inoperable. The unit seemed unattended. The empty and unheated jacuzzi isn’t viable, water flow so slow. It was a clean place with good beds and the air conditioning worked well. The people were great and answered our concerns quickly. The place had some faults. "

"We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."

"The resort was great for families. However we have been to better hotels in Mexico and did not pay as much as the Bahía Príncipe explore Tulum. Take US dollars, they will never give you change for pesos. À la carte bookings was an absolute nightmare. For the week my group of 9 got 1 restaurant booked. Considering each room is allowed 2 à la cartes and we all together had 1 is a joke. For the amount of money we spent on this vacation we expected a bit more. Our tv in the hotel didn't work for a majority of our stay which was not ideal when you have a toddler. The buffet food was good no complaints there. Overall the resort was great for families but there were some things that were off putting"
