“The rooms had all the amenities we needed.All the alcohol and waters and candy. They also had a tub on the porch which we loved. The outside had a lot of walking on sand, so recommend sandals for the ladies. Also take American cash for tips for the waiters, most of them live out most tips.”

This resort goes above and beyond expectations of service, location, and amenities with excellent dining options including, Ala cart, amazing buffets, alfresco and room service. The entertainment was top notch. The pools, water sports and all inclusive activities were varied and plentiful. The grounds were beautifully landscaped gardens with lots of jungle walking paths and secluded hideouts. We loved it.”

We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!”

“I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips! Really good and competent drivers - if you’re unfamiliar with the locality this is a much better option than renting a car for yourself! The room was fabulous, stocked minibar replenished daily, comfortable bed, clean and spacious shower room, small balcony to relax on……

“Do NOT go here!!!! It is closed!!!! They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but……
