「A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.」

The staff asked questions regarding my stay, & made my birthday so special by singing me happy birthday & giving me a cake! Any requests were handled easily. Room was straightened daily & the staff was so warm. Thank you for making my trip safe & special! 」

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」
