「Let’s start with the good. The pool is amazing. The condo is quiet. There is a lovely cat (maybe two) who took up residence. On the flip, I didn’t have hot water for two days, the air conditioner seemed to not work in the night, the lights flickered in the bedroom and there was no maid service. The internet cut out for the day while I was trying to work. Not the fault of the hotel but we also had no power without warning for an entire day. I didn’t have one day without some type of issue....

「Cerca del centro, la zona fue segura y personal amable, lo malo es que no me dejaron toallas en la habitación, hay un bar al lado por lo que el ruido es un inconveniente. Al igual que en la página anuncian una dirección diferente a la del hotel, tuve que llamar al contacto de la propiedad para que me dieran la ubicación precisa」

「They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..」
