「We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!」

「The water sink is stifled, not hot water. We have to switch to another room in the morning for shower. No hair dryer as well. Worst hotel experience ever!」

「El edificio y el departamento están bastante bien, si bien el ascensor no funcionaba el resto estaba en buenas condiciones. El principal problema es que la calle está rota por y hay construcciones alrededor de la propiedad, el camino es de tierra y piedras y hay basura.」

「The place was very big specially each bedroom were huge, each with their bathrooms and two with terraces, and it had a large terrace with a large tub. Also a pool to share on the rooftop. Kitchen was fully equipped and big. The place was nicely decorated, new and very comfortable! 」

「Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible. Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.」
