“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“Everything was exceptional. Clean, quiet and friendly! Very tropical almost like staying in a tree house. However it is seaweed season and the ocean was unusable because it was excessive and had an odor. The food was delicious as were the drinks. The area has many high end restaurants with entertainment. However the taxi's were expensive for a very short ride. By the way the hotel does not have televisions but in reality it wasn't missed. The option of showering outside privately in your……

“The Hotel is located in Jaguar park. It’s close to the Archaeological ruins, and Tulum’s downtown. I recommend to rent a car. Be aware of Guardia Nacional. Every time you drive through the entrance point, they will ask evidence of your hotel. And they can be annoying. They can deny the entrance to your hotel. Also, because it’s a park you are to supposed to pay daily entrance. But in the hotel they are very helpful with this matter. It’s preferable to visit in times when there is no sargazo (……
