“My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary and it was an absolute delight to stay here, the staff is amazing, helpful, thoughtful and friendly! We are already planning to go there again!”

“SUCH A CUTE PLACE. Clean, has AC, lovely staff, amazing location- close to everything, very good pricing, has WiFi, has parking. No complaints! Will definitely come back here again. Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend.”

“Food was great, property was clean, staff were helpful and kind, showers are fantastic, and we would go back with the following knowledge- Distance- this property is large and many rooms are a solid 1/2 mile walk to the main food and amenities. We had to get a new room for my 85 year old mother who could not walk that far. The rest of us just got blisters. Shuttles are available but wait is often more than 20 minutes. Staff worked hard to accommodate my mothers mobility limits Air……

“Do NOT go here!!!! It is closed!!!! They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but……

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“I loved everything about VR club tulum. The staff was very welcoming and kind and polite. Pools are great. The beach had seaweed, but that’s out of any humans control—Mother Nature! The only thing is that the shower water doesn’t get very hot but it’s still warm. Also, it was my birthday and my dads and they gave a cute cake with a cute decoration on the bed. I can’t wait to go back!!!”

“The website and reviews are completely different then when I stayed there. The bedding, sheets, towels, robes, everything had stains on it. The building is really run down, structural damage, cracks in the walls. The bathroom shower is gross. It flooded water was running out the shower into where the toilet is. The beach is completely useless so many rocks no where to sit and relax. I cant tell you when the water has ever been changed in any of the pools they have. Especially the ones in the……

“This property is what it is. 3 star, not much else. I stayed with three other girls on a girls trip and left crying. The rooms are old, they have doors and locks that don’t work but more importantly they have ants and cockroaches. We had ants almost daily and a cockroach crawled across my chest. The first day we didn’t receive any cleaning services. The next days we had ants and they had to spray everyday until they moved us on our last night at 10:30 pm to a cockroach on me. They would not……
