「We are a pretty low maintenance family. Not a lot of requirements but this hotel really was odd. We have been to lots of resorts in the Riviera Maya region and our experience has always been super pleasant. People are usually super kind and customer service is abundant. 「The Hotel is located in Jaguar park. It’s close to the Archaeological ruins, and Tulum’s downtown. I recommend to rent a car. Be aware of Guardia Nacional. Every time you drive through the entrance point, they will ask evidence of your hotel. And they can be annoying. They can deny the entrance to your hotel. Also, because it’s a park you are to supposed to pay daily entrance. But in the hotel they are very helpful with this matter. It’s preferable to visit in times when there is no sargazo (...
