"This is a very well operated Hotel. Easy access to all Tulum has to offer without the inconvenience of the beach road Hotels. I have stayed in most of the 4 to 5 star Hotels in Tulum over the past 20 years and prefer the Aloft. Its a very friendly Hotel that you can really enjoy with all the restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will be returning to Tulum again shortly and will again stay at the Aloft ."

The cenote was spectacular, crystal clear, perfectly located, and had a live DJ on a daily basis. (not too loud and helped create the perfect ambiance) The room was very chic and had everything you need. "The parking is right in front of the hotel, the pool is bigger than it looks and very nice and clean, the beach was calm and there are many seating options including hammocks on a beautiful dock, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with large bathrooms, water bottles were free, complimentary breakfast was excellent and you could order from many choices (hot food), plus staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful location at a great price! Highly recommend. There are other hotels nearby where you can also walk to dinner if you wish to change your scenery at dinner or lunch. Also, this place was good for people looking to relax or families- not a party scene."
