We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum.……

My parter getting shocked when he turned the light on, to having to strain and twist to get out of the room to the back because of the room planning, the slippery floors in the bathroom and the raised deck boards causing many people to trip. “I had an amazing stay at TAGO Tulum. The room was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. I loved the his-and-her sinks and shower setup, plus the separate toilet room for extra privacy. The plunge pool was also very spacious, and the staff cleaned it quickly anytime I requested without a long wait. The food was fresh and good every time, and room service was surprisingly fast. The hotel itself is stunning and gives such a peaceful luxury vibe. I went during heavy seaweed season, but……

“The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise. The beach was clean and well maintained. Given that it was seaweed season, there was an employee raking and clearing it every morning and going over the sand with a rake……
