“We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend”

“We stayed on the main floor and it feels like it’s our own house on the beach. Luckily no one was around so it feels very nice and private. The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were wonderful for layout and the common rooms of kitchen/living room and dining room were great for all of us to spend time together. “We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles.
