From arranging taxis, helping us to book activities, atvs etc, nothing was too small or too big. The apartment was luxurious. The interior design was impeccable. "Away from Tulum main st hustle and bustle. Easy 30 minute walk into town. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Noisy street behind the building. "

"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

"Great condo, more spacious than pictures, excellent communication, beautiful ocean view and pool and beach. Some awesome dining just down the road. We loved our stay!"

"Overall, the property is very nice. Tucked away from the main street. Things that couldn’t improve their stay has extra towels to take to the pool in the beaches, which were not provided as a whole. My son and I loved are staying in Tulum and this three bedroom apartment is good for us."

"Amazing resort, 10/10! It was so great that we extended our stay. The food and drinks were wonderful, room was nice, and how can you have a bad day in a lazy river? Juan with guest services made the trip, he was extremely attentive and booked all our dinner reservations for us. He checked in with us daily and was always there to answer our questions. We will be back!"

"We recently stayed at this beautiful resort in the Riviera Maya and overall had a wonderful experience. The check-in process with Armando was smooth and welcoming, he was friendly, efficient, and very courteous. He went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs, which made a great first impression. Thank you Expedia for the welcome packet left in our room and for the pass to the neon foam party. This was one of the biggest highlights. Our room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The entertainment team was fantastic, bringing so much energy and fun to the resort. The area that could use improvement is the dining and bar service. While the buffet food itself was decent, there was no food variety. With a little more focus in this area, the overall experience would be exceptional. Despite that, we’re happy with our stay and would consider returning in the future."
