He guided us through the best tourist spots, dining options and accommodated all of our requests making us feel like VIPs. The yoga and soundbath session was also extremely relaxing! "Excellent property!! They have a new swimming pool facing the ocean with a bar. Great location, right at the party zone. Easy access to restaurants and parties. You will definitely hear the music at night though. "

"The reviews are correct for this hotel. Everything is awesome…everything except the prices. Tulum is not a cheap place and this hotel is one of the most expensive. The only thing I would not do again is dealing with customer service to get a cab. Their price was with 100$ more for both ways, take from the airport Jungle taxi is better. . Overall the property is really gorgeous, nice people we would go again there."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I came by myself and I would most definitely stay again. Service was great. Perfect if your goal for your stay is to just relax. My one and only issue with this hotel is there was no iron and there were minimal food options for dinner. Other than that, wonderful stay "

"Right on the beach. Beautiful landscape and friendly staff. Only thing is no coffee in the rooms and restaurant did not open till 8, but usually could get coffee by 7am. A short bike ride to Tulum ruins. "

"This place is brand new, only 4 months old since it opened. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you by answering your questions or by simply confirming a taxi when needed. I would stay there again, the only con I didn't like is that the closest convenience store is "walking distance" but the roads are very confusing [we got lost]. "
