“Staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend that the hotel invest in ant traps/ bait as they were everywhere in the room. The restaurant 6/10. Parking needs improvement and have more spaces for guests. The cenote was closed due to construction but im sure it wouldve been enjoyable to if it was open. ”

“La atención que recibí durante mi estancia en el hotel Mundo Maya del aeropuerto Tulum fue excelente, los desayunos, comida buffet y a la carta me encantaron en cuanto a preparación , sabor y variedad, habitaciones muy limpias y reconfortantes para un buen descanso, me tocó una habitación con terracita al jardín donde disfrute los atardeceres con un rico café.”

“I had a great stay at Mía Tulum Beach Resort. The resort was very clean throughout, including the rooms and showers, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the beach clear of sargassum.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the smaller, cozy atmosphere of the resort—it felt relaxing without being boring, with plenty to do nearby.
Free self-parking was a big plus and made it easy to explore the area.

“近公园，但是我没时间去了。房间设施不错，就是缺少水杯。服务态度好，非常有特色，但是这么热的天气没有空调，开风扇吹风又头疼，关掉又热，而且有蚊子、蚂蚁，我没睡好觉啊！”

“Great location within the national park really close to Tulum ruins, with a lovely rustic chic beach vibe. Despite sargassum on beach during our stay, the beach club is still a really pleasant place to while away time in the sun, particularly with excellent tacos and cocktails, attentively served by the friendly waiting staff.”
