They also recommended a wonderful taxi driver, Armando, who graciously took us to each excursion and offered expert advice to help us enjoy as much as possible :) Edgar, Enrique, and Sergio at the front desk were always ready to chat and help if needed. “The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs. The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept ……

“Room was clean, staff was friendly, great location. They had a really good massage special right on the beach that we both enjoyed. Loved the free sun beds too! My only complaint would be that there is not being a door on the bathroom if you book the standard room on the jungle side - little privacy if you’re not traveling solo! Overall a great place especially for the price. ”

“這是一間非常特別的旅館，阿拉伯風味，裡面裝飾非常獨特乾淨，處處可見旅館主人的細心與品味，我們在私人房間裡游泳泡澡非常享受，大床也很舒適，很適合情人夫妻來此度假，我們這次共訂三個房間，大家都非常喜歡，唯一缺點是剛開始找不到地方，沒有門牌及旅館名稱，進去後像叢林，check in 地方有点簡陋，石子路上有許多螞蟻，我朋友鞋子跑進大螞蟻被咬的很痛，但仍不減我對這環境的喜歡，去市區及瑪雅遺跡都只要十幾分鐘非常便利，推薦來圖盧姆一定不要錯過它”

“This was the most fun and unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The beds are really comfortable, the staff is so kind and helpful, and the location is soo gorgeous. I was a bit curious about how going outside in a private courtyard to the bathroom would work, but it was totally fine. Do remember to use bug spray.”
