"Couldn't close the door to the balconies from outside and there are lots of racoons that would come by the try to get in, which limited our time we could spend outside without having to constantly watch our door. Right when we got to our room there were dishes sitting on the stairs, they were there for three days before anyone picked them up. Staff was friendly. It was nice being away from technology!"

"Perfect location on Half Moon Bay to enjoy the laid back vibe. Can walk to almost everything including Yal-ku lagoon for amazing snorkeling and the turtle preserve. Our late September visit was somewhat hampered by seasonal heavy seaweed on the beach but swimming was good at the preserve, Yal-ku and hotel pool. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable (we got the small apartment). The adjoining Buena Vida restaurant and bar had amazing food and sunset views. A wonderful place."

"Wow this place was amazing! First ever all Inclusive and it definitely was a good experience. The whole resort smells amazing like they have something going through the vents or something haha. Staff is so helpful and always happy to greet you. Had only one bad experience with a staff member at the spa cafe but assuming she just was having a bad day. No worries the rest of our experience was great. Our concierge Alfred was very hopeful in making our reservations at restaurants so we were stress free. Carnal was by far the best restaurant! Buffet was super good and had lots of options ! They made sure our room was cleaned everyday and we got a bottle of champagne nice touch! Jesus and Barbara were amazing with the massage. It is an extra charge but I do recommend the hydrotherapy and massage service. Definitely recommend this resort !"
