“I really loved my stay. Great location close to everything literally everything! I will be back for sure. The Ac was so effective I had good nights. The cleaning is on point as well they even clean when the suite is still clean love it. The only is they don’t have mug for hot water. But I still had it in the glass, ”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“The staff was very accommodating before and during our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. There was a staff member to open the gate at night, no matter what time (even at 4 am). The location was great- many clubs, food trucks, and pharmacies nearby. The beach club access was nice too (you have to pay to enter the national park but it is free to enter the beach club with free parking and 10% off the menu with your room card). I really appreciated how the front desk always had……
