This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic drinks past 12am. Worst was, one of the nights the wifi stopped and guests had to pay for data.

Very nice property only issue that we faced was first the rooms smelled like mop water room was nice but reeked of dirty mop water. Second the buffets food was always cold or lukewarm. Property is nice good stay other than that.

Super clean room, shuttle service was very responsive, making restaurant reservations was easy (steakhouse has the best food), lots of free activities on property. Only complaint we were not told we needed close toed shoes for the bike tour so we ended up having to cancel. Also wish they provided shuttle service from airport.

We’ve stayed at many Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties, so we had high expectations—especially after visiting another resort in Cancun (not a Hilton) a few months prior. Unfortunately, this resort fell short in several areas. The food was underwhelming, and while the staff were kind, they seemed consistently overworked and understaffed—especially at restaurants and for the shuttles. We stayed at Casa 5, which is farther from the lobby, and shuttle wait times were often 10+ minutes. Our last day was especially disappointing. At the kids’ pool, it was difficult to get food or drinks due to only a couple of servers handling a large crowd. For the price of an all-inclusive, there wasn’t anything that felt special. Store prices were extremely high—we paid $55 for sunscreen, and most items were about three times U.S. prices. Definitely bring your own essentials. The room was decent with an ocean view, but the frosted glass bathroom doors weren’t ideal for a family with kids. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful (bring water shoes due to coral), and the drinks were strong—unlike some other resorts in Cancun. Overall, we wouldn’t return.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were very kind and respectful. We stayed in Casa 6, with our 8 and 4-year-old kids. They loved the water park and the playground. Would recommend water shoes for the water park. The pool in the main lobby was closed. We didn't use any of the other pools (near Casa 3) due to the smell of the Sargassum (would not recommend staying in Casa 3 for now). All the à la carte restaurants were delicious. I suggest making reservations for the restaurants as soon as you make the reservations for the hotel (they get booked in advance). The buffet near Casa 5 is hit or miss; the buffet in the Lobby is better. The selection of alcohol is very good, but they use concentrate for all their juices, which brings cocktails down. I don't understand why they don't use real Lime. The transportation between the houses is not as frequent as they report it, especially during "peak hour" (Before and after shows); but the walk is 15 min at the most between the main Lobby and Casa 6. The rooms are nice, quiet, and clean. We loved our stay and likely would go again.

Everything is amazing except some of the bell boys are not that helpful! One specific bell boy didn’t answer my question correctly and he and the cart driver laughed when I asked his name. They need to be more respectful especially when there is a language barrier!
