The hotel was very nice, updated, the food was great, and the staff was very friendly and made it a memorable experience. It was a lot of fun hanging out by the pool with all of the activities and carefully planned out entertainment each night.

Beautiful property and well maintained. The only downside was the seaweed during this time of year and the beaches were rocky. Would still highly recommend. We just did excursions with lots of swimming, so it wasn’t an issue. If you want to go to a beautiful beach, I would definitely make the trip to Isla Mujeres. If you have kids, visit Xel-Ha. It’s super close and has tons of activities that would keep kids of any age entertained. Another fun thing to do is to go to a Cenote. Just be sure to bring bug spray!
