“I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell.
My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. Too much……

“El hotel más bonito en el que he estado. El servicio y atención de cada uno de los integrantes simplemente excepcional. En Mayo nos tocó Sargazo y no pudimos disfrutar de la playa ni un solo día. Aún así planeamos regresar pronto. Es un poco triste que casi no haya turistas mexicanos en el Hotel.”

“The hotel itself was fine, but the beach was completely unusable. It was covered with seaweed that was approximately four feet thick, making it impossible to enjoy the beach or access the water. The smell was terrible similar to raw sewage and was so overwhelming that it made me sick.
We had booked a five-night stay but ended up leaving after the first night because of the conditions. We were extremely disappointed, as the beach was one of the main reasons we chose this property.”
