Our room was very clean and welcoming. The staff is and always has been excellent! Wilburt in the main bar is fantastic, Luis, Juan Carlos, and Aurora(the “egg” lady) in the buffet are fabulous! The beach bar has wonderful service and will fix special things if requested. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and at the Grill and the meals were amazing. The pork shank for two in the Mexican restaurant was beyond amazing. Ducelli, beach waitress, went above and beyond when serving us and remembered us from our previous visits!! They and the beauty of this resort keep us returning year after year!❤️

Breakfast is okay. Hot tub hot water didn't work Good restaurants limited on capacity and don't let you make reservations. Save table to prime guys never show up and keep the table empty. On the beach has seats reserved and nobody used all day have to lay down on the sand. Shows finish early 10pm. We miss most of show. We finished eating at 9:30. Never have chance to enjoy the full show.

We went with 8 people, 4 adults and 4 late teens. Had a good time over New Years. Rooms were great. Food was ok. Rosa on the beach and the Omelette lady were excellent. Entertainment was great for the resort, just wished they had a pool table or ping pong. Beach was good. The morning chair claiming is tedious. Not sure why the hotel doesn’t have more chairs available. There is room on the beach. FYI-We have been to many beaches but we have never seen so many stingrays so close to beach. Snorkelling was awesome. We brought our own mask & snorkels and it was worth it.

Beautiful remodeled room but the water temperature in the shower kept going from hot to cold making it an uncomfortable experience. The spa on the deck was not in good working order. Telephone to room service not working, just getting busy signal the first two days.

Always a true pleasure to stay at this hotel; our eighth time now! The staff are wonderful, especially the bar and restaurant groups and still see many friendly members from our previous visits such as Albert (incredible manager), Adriana (buffet, the best!), Wilbert (lobby bar extraordinaire), German (beach manager, outstanding) and so many more - Thank you to all for your service. The renovated rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, with a small seating area and couch. However, the true beauty is outside with a stunningly kept property - a true paradise on earth. The room was lovely however the terrace flooded for two days which made it impossible to sit there. We were offered another room but this was disappointing as it only had a balcony.The buffet was not very good for vegetarians and usually cold. Views were splendid. The staff were lovely except the public relations member of staff who was quite rude.
