The hotel is beautiful, our room was right outside the pool and beach. Sea sargassum is a big problem in summer months, if they would have cleaned a little bit, the beach is beautiful. Staff is friendly, restaurant on site is very convenient. Highly recommended this budget friendly hotel.

Beautiful property by the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It’s ideally located close to many great restaurants, beach clubs, cenotes and lagoons. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation from and to the airport, they also helped renting ATVs to use in the city.

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway at a decent price, look no further. Located right on the beach, Hotel Qamar has beautiful villas. The beach club and restaurant is very accommodating. Whether you want to eat at the restaurant or enjoy margaritas and tacos by the pool, they will accommodate. The food is great. The hotel located on strip with lots of other restaurants and local shops, if you decide to leave the beach. I recommend going the strip and meeting some locals. Special shoutout to the staff for every accommodation, they went above and beyond in every way. The rooms are air conditioned and extremely clean. Being able to hear the beach from your bed is so relaxing. Go ahead and book!

Hotel novo e incrível. Fiquei receosa pelas poucas avaliações, mas valeu totalmente arriscar. Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, o ambiente é maravilhoso, a piscina incrível e o restaurante delicioso. O silêncio e a paz que o lugar proporcionam é indescritível.

Beautiful location, beach and property, but on arrival received attitude from the reception lady and unfortunately every single time it got worse. It's obvious she does not like her job and it's unfortunate to deal with such personality everyday when she is the first person to go for anything you need. Servers were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were so clean and well maintained but I wish I could tell the same for public beach washrooms they were SO dirty(when the managers showed up at the property it go better but not fully) If you want to order food give it 30-45 min to get the food, the food is decent at the restaurant but the breakfast is such a waste! Literally nothing to eat. Yogurt, unripe fruits, cereal, 3types of pastries, butter and jam! That's all you get, you can get eggs that come with 3 slices of tomatoes and bread! The location and property has amazing potential if management upgrades the breakfast buffet and train front desk to become professional in costumer services I would go back.

Check-in was a breeze. Staff were very helpful and stowed our bags for us while we got breakfast. The room is soo cute and beachy. I had a partial ocean view which was lovely. I got a wonderful massage/scrub treatment by a kind older lady. I did not write down her name but she was the sweetest. The continental breakfast hit the spot and checkout was, once again, a breeze.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. The beachfront location and ocean view were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a unique, peaceful vibe that made our vacation special. The only downside was the large amount of seaweed on the beach, but we understand that this is a natural seasonal issue and not something the hotel can control. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Thanks a lot to the young guy up front who was very informative! Al-though it is as lots of sarcasm, the property was a beautiful place to stay! Thank you all front the security, front desk, servers and cleaners!
