“Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. ”

“Perfect location, gracious staff.”

“The place was beautiful, simple and clean. The direct ocean view was breathtaking. The staff was great. The room was spacious and clean. It could definitely get an update with some minor things. The only thing to note is that to get there the road is pretty bad, it’s not the hotels fault but a heads up would be nice. The pool could be cleaner and the beach there and around was full of trash and it was heartbreaking. ”

“We absolutely loved the hotel! You walk up the entrance of the hotel and it's open to the ocean, great breeze coming off the water, beautiful hotel! Great staff, very, very comfortable king sized bed. Slept very well! Very quaint hotel that was close to a couple of restaurants, which were phenomenal. We will definitely be back. ”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……
