"Solo traveling may sound like a scary thing to do. I mostly travel alone at least twice a year for self-awareness and to disconnect to the outside noise. The Yellow Nest provided just that, a total disconnect with the perks of a fantastic staff and fabulous location. Jorge in particular was like having a personal assistant, always there to help and make my stay memorable. Highly recommend The Yellow Nest!"

"Amazing property, amazing property owner. Will book again! The tree house hammock was amazing. This was not a traditional hotel, but i expected that. It was a fair distance unpaved and off road (pot holes on the road, but it is all new construction) to get to the location from the front gateway area. The property was clean, quiet, and nicely put together. It is in the forest, you do have to remember to bring "off bug spray", and you have to know that other guests can hear you if you are too loud, but other than that the property was nice. The host was amazing and helped navigate us to Tulum city center and gave awesome recommendations for food. Overall 9 out of 10."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Jungle House. It is absolutely stunning and looks identical to the pictures. It suited our little family perfectly and although it’s slightly remote, we loved being in amidst the local wildlife and there’s a lovely cenote right on the doorstep too which we visited with our three year old. The owner was kind enough to recommend a local chef who prepared a wonderful birthday meal along with multiple recommendations for restaurants, beaches and other activities. Highly recommend."
