“The rooms were clean and the bed was actually very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained amd taken care of. The staff was very friendly. The service was good, but very. The buffet at lunch was horrible. Options were small and didn't ever really look appetizing. Breakfast was decent. However, just because they open at a certain time doesn't mean everything will be available. Breakfast at 7:00, but you might want to wait until 7:30 if you want anything other than toast, fruit……

“Property was beautiful, Room was sufficient, comfortable bed, great shower. Did have little visitors (ants) in the bathroom from time to time. Food was ok, portions way too small. Ate at the buffet for most meals. Wait staff was great. Pascal, Francesco and the other staff in the lobby were a 10/10 and deserve a steak dinner and a raise. Beach was beautiful, no seaweed. Pools were clean, bars were well stocked.”

“Excellent location in Cozumel. Walkable to everything. Formerly the Suites Bahia, hotel has been completely redone. Room was beautiful, AC was cold, and bed was fantastic. Friendly staff and nice rooftop pool to lounge by or cool off. We will definitely be back.”

“We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space. Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning. House keeping……

“Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun”

“Me encantó la ubicación del hotel junto al mar del caribe muy limpio y tranquilo, la villa limpia con vista al mar, la atención del servicio de primera, la distancia del aeropuerto al hotel muy cerca, pude salir a caminar al malecón ya que estaba muy cerca de la zona turística. La verdad costo beneficio extraordinario, el tener una cocineta me permitió hacerme de desayunar y cenar con los alimentos que compré. Quedé muy satisfecho de haberme hospedado en CONDUMEL muy buenos anfitriones.”

“The property is a bit dated and small compared to the larger hotels around it, but it is well maintained and very clean. The bathrooms really need an update. We had a room that opened onto the pool. View was excellent. Bar was nice but a bit expensive $10 for a cocktail $5 beer. Food was also $$ $10 for an order of guacamole and $12 for a quesadilla. There arent many restaurants around so you are reliant on Taxis which are $150 pesos to surrounding restaurants or ride to the ferry.”
