「clean room ,staff」

「Good for the price.」

「I had a swim out ocean view I arrived Saturday October 10th had paid for an upgrade. I immediately noticed a smell the seaweed was being cleaned up from the Secrets Resort and most of Dreams except the last third of the beach. It was about a foot deep and smelled really bad. I started complaining it wasn’t cleaned up until Wednesday 10/14 5 days into my stay at the resort. That was unacceptable especially if you tried to eat outside of the Italian restaurant and it smelled like dead fish.」

「Beautiful adult only hotel. Pool area is perfect with clean pool I used for water walking. Umbrellas and loungers. Covered area with tables. There was quite a bit outside noise at bedtime. I used a fan app to cover it up, but my husband still had a few nights it bothered him. We will definitely stay here again, maybe try a different room location. We were in a beautiful ocean view corner suite. Extra fee breakfast was very good. Central location in town was exactly what we wanted. ...

「Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho 」

「Todo muy lindo … el」

「Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun」

「The staff」

「It is easy to walk from the ferry to this hotel. The rooftop pool is pleasant. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful. Everything seems clean.」

「A great stay in Cozumel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely view, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of diving and exploring. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of both the ferry pier and the town centre, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and waterfront views nearby. For travellers looking for a comfortable stay with a convenient location, Hotel Puerto Libre is an excellent choice.」

「Charming guest in downtown San Miguel with a peaceful garden.」

「El hotel excelente, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño. Excelente servicio. Super ubicación!」

「This is an old classic hotel (50 years or so), showing some signs of its age. However, it is lovely. One never feels crowded. Always space on the beach, space at the bar, restaurant. NIce common spaces and the greenery around. Our suite was one of the ‘premium’ suites, it was very spacious and with a beautiful view of the sea.」

「The only problem (actually it’s not resort’s problem) is the extreme humidity of the room, besides this all others are good」
