「First room was clutter & internet not working couldn’t go to balcony. They change me room per my request it was worse. Tv, internet, safe not working until after 3 days maintenance show up. Finally was able to connect my laptop & work. One of their guest always angry in the rooftop by the pool. CAMARAS not working. They should cause also couple fighting until 3:30 am couldn’t sleep. The guy hit the woman & she was crying I told them they should have security cause I couldn’t help the woman. 」
