"Property needs lots of work! Kitchen tap kept falling off, towel rails loose in both bathrooms, leaking walls when raining. Needs a good clean and better pillows. Nothing supplied ie no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea or coffee. Not even a tea towel supplied to dry the dishes with. Far from town so need to taxi if you don’t have your own car. Cost was generally around MXN70-100 each way. No good restaurants or bars nearby. Would not stay here again."

"The house looks like something out of a magazine. While town and beach are close, the house is almost its own attraction. We relaxed around the pool in the quiet neighborhood. We stayed as part of a SCUBA trip to Playa, but this is a house that would be well-suited to a family on an extended stay."

It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time! "

"The location, house and amenities of the house were amazing! Having maid service and transportation provided to and from the airport were very appreciated. Due to the amount of rain, the pool, the beach and showers, towels were constantly needing to be washed and dried. An industrial washer/dryer may be needed for this big of a house."
