“The landscape was beautiful. It had a very tropical feel to it. The food was good and the rooms were big and clean. The sand on beach was great but it is all rocks getting into the water. You can walk to the pier to get into the water but I didn’t want to walk that far. That was the only thing I was disappointed with on this trip. We were there 12 days. Very nice overall!”

“I think the hotel itself needs a little touching up. More excursions could be added to the island. The smell of the water at the hotel needs to be looked at. Also the color of the water (brown) needs to be prioritized for maintenance. The staff was very awesome. Great hospitality!! Angel and Carlos was the best!”

“The property is dated, not what I was expecting for a Melia. However they are in the process of renovating the hotel. The one problem for me was that there is only 1 restaurant (buffet) and 1 a la carte (fish) which have AC. The buffet restaurant always felt warm, they needed to adjust the temperature. The Mexican restaurant was outdoors, which in June made it very hot. The hotel is small, since they are renovating, I would suggest 1 more indoors restaurant. The spa was ok, just one room, no……

“We had a blast at this resort! This was the first time my kids 16 and 12 had done a trip out of the US and it was so wonderful! The guys that do the entertainment during the day are hilarious and just fun to be around. Diego was our favorite! Only thing I can say is the night entertainment wasn’t the best that could use some working in but that’s it.”

“It’s a great little quiet resort with exceptional care taken to the grounds. Be prepared though the water may not be crystal clear as you are used to on Cozumel. It changes there depending on when you go due to the location on the island.”

“I loved staying here! I came to do diving at the dive shop on site and it was perfect. The room was AMAZING and massive! The shower was so perfect and I had an amazing view of the beach. They have an all inclusive option but decided not to do it bc was out all day with diving. The restaurant on site was really good for dinner, and also tried breakfast one of the mornings. The hotel beach is sooo pretty, and you can watch the sunset from there, and you can also snorkel with lots of colorful……

“This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again”

“Tenemos la fortuna de conocer diferentes propiedades de Dreams Resorts, y este le hace falta mucho para estar en la misma categoría, el hotel estaba en remodelación la cual no es grato despertar con el sonido de construcción, la oferta gastronómica muy mala, mucho que desear, las instalaciones nada de lo que uno espera de esta cadena de hoteles, lo rescatable es la atención de algunos del personal, en especial Samuel de recepción, muy amable, intentando solucionar con lo que había.”

“Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were always willing to provide any extra towels needed. You can also use the Park Royal app to ask for guest room services, maintenance issues and order room service. The staff was very friendly around the entire resort. The main pool is under construction but the two pools open are right off the beach and give you an ocean view. There are 3 bars for the pools and beach. The food was fine. The best restaurant was El Pescador (seafood). You can walk to……
