"Rooms were small but clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The entertainment staff I wish you remembered our name and was extremely nice. Actual if you stay for seven days, the guaranteed reservation at two restaurants otherwise it was buffet style.. pretty much the same thing every night it said they would change out one or two things. There were six in our group and five of us had diarrhea for 4 to 5 days six days were there I ended up getting strep throat… we spoke to valet about ordering pizza and they told us that yes we can have plenty of pizza delivered there so we went to the front counter to order the pizza and the management told us we could not yet when we left today people had pizza delivered… employees were extremely nice … we do not make everything forever. It would be nice to have a variety of different types of food on a daily basis instead of the same buffet."

"I am not one for writing reviews; however, after reading what I now believe to be several unfair reviews in criticism of the resort, I felt strongly about posting regarding my experience. It should be understood that we stayed in room 922, an oceanfront room on the preferred side of the resort. Our bags were taken to our rooms, and check-in was seamless at the preferred lounge where we had drinks and snacks while we waited for others to check in. Our rooms were ready when we arrived and was clean. If we needed something, it was provided. Our air conditioner kept the room cool and dry. We ate at most on-site restaurants, and were pleasantly surprised with the quality and presentation for an all-inclusive resort. We also ordered room service which was timely and really very good. We had six in our group and were always able to find chairs together on the beach and at the pool. The beach was clean, but bring water shoes if you plan on getting into the water. The shore is rocky, and people were struggling a decent amount getting into and out of the water without shoes. I had a massage and facial at the spa, which was fine and relaxing, but would probably skip the spa next time. While all-inclusive, we did tip all staff and servers over the week, which may have resulted in ‘perks’ and more attention along the way. My least favorite was the buffet, but I am in general, not a fan of buffets. Overall, great week and would go again."

"Lovely home just far enough from town to be quiet and close enough for shopping. Well equipped for cooking and lots of towels. We really enjoyed the pool and the top deck. Lots of stairs.The host was great, always avaliable and responded quickly to all our inquiries."

"Can’t say enough good things about this property or its manager, who helped us out of a jam on day one! The room is fantastic and the location is spectacular. I’ve stayed at other (great!) units at Residencias Reef but this was my favorite. You won’t be disappointed."

"So fortunate to find this spot, a quiet place close drive to anything on the island but far enough away from the cruise ship crowds. Great pools, fun snorkeling right off the beach. The property is amazing well furnished and plenty of space for our group of nine. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our one week stay. Everything was exactly what was portrayed on the VRBO app. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the air kept the place cool. The beach was very clean and we never had difficulty finding a lounger to sit on. There was so many beach towels and bathroom towels as well as sheets and pillowcases. The kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely want to come back here. "

"Everything was great. Loved the 1st floor walkout. Great views of the sunsets, the beach and the pools. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Very peaceful & serene. The casa is immaculate and comfortable. Friendly staff! Facilities are fresh and well maintained. It was an awesome trip!"

"The unit was very lovely with plenty of space and a large balcony for dining and relaxing. It looked even nicer than in the photos and was incredibly well-stocked. The property was beautifully maintained. We loved having a beach right on the property. We rented a car, which made the location work for us as it is definitely a drive to get to restaurants and shopping. "
