“Rooms were small but clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The entertainment staff I wish you remembered our name and was extremely nice. Actual if you stay for seven days, the guaranteed reservation at two restaurants otherwise it was buffet style.. pretty much the same thing every night it said they would change out one or two things. There were six in our group and five of us had diarrhea for 4 to 5 days six days were there I ended up getting strep throat… we spoke to valet about ordering……

“We just spent 8 days here and both enjoyed it very much the property is beautiful and well maintained. The food all around was very good with some buffet nights being a bit of a hit or miss but that’s depending on personal taste. The bars for the most part were pretty fast especially the adults only pool bar. The adults only pool was a nice getaway from the loud music and noisy crowd at the main pool but the pool needs to be skimmed more often as there can be quite a few leaves and bugs floating……

“I am not one for writing reviews; however, after reading what I now believe to be several unfair reviews in criticism of the resort, I felt strongly about posting regarding my experience. It should be understood that we stayed in room 922, an oceanfront room on the preferred side of the resort. Our bags were taken to our rooms, and check-in was seamless at the preferred lounge where we had drinks and snacks while we waited for others to check in. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres……

“Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly……
