“Dies ist ein charmantes Boutiquehotel. Es besticht durch geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück im Garten. Lärm dürfte überall in Playa del Carmen ein Problem sein, so hört man auch hier den Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt sich das aber gut lösen. ”

“I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and……

“Overall great stay! Nice hotel, friendly staff, just around the corner from 5th Ave. Convenient with a 7/11 on the corner and Starbucks a block away. However there is no elevator and with a recent knee injury and my room being on the third floor, I panicked. However the staff were amazing and carried my luggage up and then down the stairs on check out.”

“Spacious rooms, the one I got even had a full kitchen. This place is not know for its amazing restaurant, but they do have a small kitchen in the rooftop that will satisfy your hunger but it’s not going to blow you away by any means, just being honest. Their service it’s also slow, most of the time it seemed like they were caught off guard, like they were in the middle of something else, and not really observing/catering to your needs, or at least that’s how they acted. The highlight for sure……

“Breakfast was delicious, and seating was usually fast. Clean spacious rooms to sleep in. Most the staff are very prompt and courteous. I enjoyed most my dining experience except for the Mexican restaurant (had to wait 40 minutes for a water and beer to be served, reminded staff and finally got it after walking up to the restaurant bar…the restaurant was not busy at all).”
