"O hotel é ótimo, próximo a Quinta Avenida onde há grande comércio, ao Walmart e rodoviária. O quarto é grande e confortável, os funcionários são gentis, com um sorriso no rosto para lhe atender, dispostos a ajudar. A área de lazer é muito boa, com atividades diversas e recreação. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Tem uma cafeteria bem gostosa que fica aberta até as 23 horas. Porém, Praia del Carmen não tem mar azul"

"This place is amazing and gorgeous and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I loved staying here, it was quiet yet right near all the action. The only issue I had was that it advertised on Expedia that there was a gym nearby that we could use and while that is technically true, you have to pay full price to use that gym, it’s not in any way associated with this hotel or included in the price. I talked to the staff about it and they said it was an issue with Expedia. Still a five star experience. Note also: you can’t go in the water here, it’s rocky."

"Really hard to give 5 stars due to the seaweed issues, and also not faulting the property. The staff was amazing. From the time we were greeted by Eric (Bellman) and taken around the property until the time we left, the staff was the highlight. Javier addressed an issue we had very professionally and helped us to enjoy our stay. Going from an ocean front room to a couple blocks off the beach was tough. However, the sargassum is out of their control. We made the best of the 3 nights and enjoyed our rooftop a lot."
