“This was a “ buyer beware” situation for me. I have been there a couple times previously with family members who have had a timeshare for 30 years and always stayed in nice quarters. This time I paid for my own one bedroom. I was put into a studio “ cave” with no window. That was NOT what was advertised. Of course, I was unable to get it changed. The ocean view is fantastic. Except for breakfast, the food was mediocre, at best. The servers are wonderfully helpful, the resort staff’s most often ……

The room was in poor condition, with stained bedding, damaged furniture, mold in the bathroom, and general signs of neglect throughout. Cleanliness and maintenance are clearly not a priority here. “The room was clean, everything in the condo was in good condition. All the kitchen accessories were provided to make lunch. Poor insulation between the condos, you can hear your neighbors. Some condos allow dogs so we heard a dog barking every morning and every night because he was left alone. The pool was amazing and the spa too. The condo is super close to the main beach. The check in was a bit complicated because the lady could not find our reservation which was a bit annoying. It took half……
