Customer service was excellent! Very clean! Activities are great and the shows were entertaining! Very talented! I do not like the people on the beach selling you their products. It is very hard to relax when they come by every 5 minutes. The restaurants and food were great! Customer service excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. The resort was nice, rooms cold and clean. The restaurants are small, so you will need to make reservations prior to arrival. They do offer a buffet and snack bar, which we were not fans of. We were looking to experience Mexican cuisine; not much of that going on

The kids loved the trapeze and the pools. I loved the spa! The spa staff were amazing, and if you want an incredible message, ask for Candy, she's great! The only downside was the staff at the front desk. They were a bit rude and unhelpful. But everything else was great!

The amenities and activities at Viva Maya are very good. The resort is very nice and has a beautiful beach with plenty of chairs for all guests. The food is good as well. The restaurants are nicely decorated and special. The only negatives are: small hotel rooms that seem dated and poor internet.

We loved the resort. Everything was accessible and close enough to walk to in 5 minutes. Rooms were clean and staff were wonderful and helpful. The beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs for everyone. We loved the food and coffee bar. Our only suggestion would be for more bar staff as the lines were long for drinks in all areas. Would definitely recommend this resort!

When getting off the plane in Cancun please avoid people trying to give you a deal at another resort that you are not staying in. They will harass you and try to get you a “good deal” but your resort will offer the same excursions. Viva Maya’s staff was great but a select few were not so great. Checkout kept getting delayed because the system was down. Housekeeping was amazing. The pool entertainment was fun but please less twerking.
