“Me and my wife just travelled to this resort for our honeymoon. This trip was by far the best trip both of us have been on due to the resort. Everything was amazing and looked even better than the pictures!! The only two things we would have liked to have been a little bit better was the reservations for dinner. A lot of them on the day we arrived were already booked a couple days out. Also the beach was not ideal due to the sea weed but we understood that was not an issue the resort can……

“We had a wonderful vacation, and the property was nice. The staff were helpful and attentive. Food was quite good, particularly the Italian concept. The pool area is tight, and although we were there on a lower attendance time, I could imagine it being tough to find room. Overall, the experience was good. Playa Del Carmen is its own thing... like most Mexican/ Caribbean spots, the vendors are aggressive almost to the point of seeming threatening, but things are very mellow on property,……

“Absolutely great place for families . Ages 9, 5 and 4 all had a great time . So many activities for the kids and the water park was great . The food and service was great at the Mexican and Asian restaurant . The entertainment was absolutely great. Sebastian at the pool bar was probably one of our favorite people there . Erika as our family concierge was great as well . Down side : the ac in the room and restaurants was never cool enough . Poolside service was slow at times . Also first……
