“We really enjoyed the newly renovated rooms. Only suggestion would be that the showers have somewhere other than the floor to put bath products. They needed to have a shelf in the bathroom. “The property is ideal if you want city and beach life. The rooftop pool was great with views you cannot get from ground pools! We were upgraded to a Master Suite which was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the AC in the last couple days but were told it was because you could not set the thermostat lower than a specific degree which was not the case or problem. We had friends in another room that had to use extra blankets because it was so cold. However, we did not press the issue too……

“Rooms were very nice with beautiful balcony. Lots of wildlife. The entertainment team was great. Pools were great too, quiet pool for relaxing and party pool for entertainment. “Overall experience was good but not great. Property is clean and well maintained, but a solid hour from the airport. Room was clean and well maintained but could use a facelift. Staff was nice, but not the best I’ve experienced. Food in restaurants was good for an all inclusive, not the best ever, but definitely better than most I’ve been to. Pool was good, but beach was pretty small. Unfortunately, the seaweed was the worst Ive ever seen in my life, to the point where even their cleanup efforts……
