Our stay at this resort was one to remember and we want to come back. The property is amazing, the pools are great. The food is another topic. We had the best experience in this category. We never got bored, they have something for everyone here. The entertainment group with William was unmatched. He made the fun through the roof. We thank Expedia as well for having it on their site. A must with family or just couples.

I was here in June with a family of 6 so I had to get 2 rooms. The staff was real helpful and gave us the rooms next to each other, my sister also came with her family and they were able to give her a room right across from us which was nice.The food was pretty good for a all inclusive,they have a lot of options and different places to eat.the food is 7/8 out of 10.the beach is probably the one thing that I didn’t like as much it’s all the way at the end. Overall my family loved it and enjoyed it I would recommend this place if your planning on going to playa del Carmen

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. It’s clean, most of the staff is very friendly. The only thing I disliked was not having food available by poolside. There was one pool that offered it during a certain time but since it was the only pool, it took forever. The other pools you had to leave to go to a restaurant then come back. With kids, it’s just easier staying by the pool and having staff come to you.

Absolutely LOVED the staff here, I wish i could remember everyone's name! Nene and Marlen were amazing though. I would definitely stay here again, everyone is so friendly, the night life on the resort is also very entertaining.
