「This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. 「We had a series of unfortunate events: our electricity went completely out in our rooms. We had electricity twice during the day for 15 minutes each time. We had no way to watch TV, turn the air on or charge our phones. I understand things can happen but management did not attempt at anytime to compensate us for our inconveniences. They finally moved us to another room at 9:30pm but the new rooms had no internet. We went back to our original rooms.the next day once the problem was resolved....
