“June 2026 very recent START WITH BROKEN TOILET SET, I SLIPPED OFF THEN REMOTES FOR AC NEEDED HELP THEN SHOWER, FLOODED THE ENTIRE ROOM , WORST NO WARM TO HOT WATER THEY AGREEED. AND WAS SUPPOSE TO FIX HOT WATER TANK ADVISED TO USE ANOTHER ROOM ALSO NO HOT WATER,' PAST UPSET MY ROOM THEY DID NOTHING AND AGAIN COLD SHOWER NOT EVEN WARM , FORGET HOT. THEY DID NOTHING AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND ME. EXCEPT YES YES ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN , SERVICE WAS HORIBLE FOR A 9.4 EXCEPTIONAL RATING , MORE LIKE……

“This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. There was no blackout curtain to the large sliding door to the balcony. There……

“This a beautiful and serene property. The location is perfect for central activities and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only problem was the bathroom were we stayed, the shower headed wasn't working properly. The room was clean and spacious. ”
