「Everything was amazing but the bed was uncomfortable due to the sheets , overall it was an amazing experience. 」

「I traveled with one other family member and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a private driver with our hotel and it was a smooth and quick ride from the Cancun Airport. Upon arrival, we met with Laura at the front desk. She is so lovely and helpful. She speaks great English and we had no confusion. The staff was very friendly also. 「J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement pendant 4 nuits. Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience a été correcte. Le lit était confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable sur ce point, on avait accès à un atv payant aussi ce qui était plus facile pour nos déplacements. Cependant, j’ai été déçue par l’état des toilettes. Il y avait des odeurs de canalisation assez fortes et persistantes, ce qui était vraiment dérangeant au quotidien. Malheureusement, malgré notre signalement, l’hôtel n’a pas fait...

「Beautifully decorated and top notch accommodations with everything needed!! Actually prettier than pictures dictate. So helpful to have the washer/dryer in unit. All employees were so helpful and quick to respond with any request or info needed!」
