“Overall, a great stay. I would’ve easily given them five stars if the food was better. Unfortunately, the quality and options were consistently disappointing, which felt more like a bigger resort-level issue with the food program rather than the people preparing it. Everything else was great. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with an amazing atmosphere. The staff truly made our stay special. “This resort was dirty ants all over our bathroom food left all over the hallways. We have stayed at many other resorts and this was our first experience here and it was horrible we definitely decided never to go back to this resort ever again. We also had horrible food other than like two restaurants being ok drinks were watered down and had a horrible metallic taste. We however did enjoy the slides and lazy river but main pool areas are nasty people having sex right in the pool with children……

“Beautifully laid out property with natural landscaping, an interesting howler monkey rehabilitation program onsite, and meandering footpaths and foot bridges connecting you to the resort areas. Food was very good and the beach was beautiful. One of the best and most pleasant resorts in Playacar. Good tip: When shopping in town, insist on using your credit card and pay in U.S. dollars. Let your bank card do the currency exchange for you. Don't fall victim to sneaky math or offerings of 'free'……
