“Rooms were really nice with the best touches!”

“My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary at the end of May. The property was beautiful. The staff was nice and accommodating. The food was fairly decent. The hosts of entertainment pool side were very funny and enthusiastic. The drinks were good. The cons: the concierge's false niceness as soon as we arrived that evening offering to take us to breakfast at the more exclusive part of the resort just to lure us into a sales pitch that took up 3 hrs of our 1st day there. Being passed off……

“Los edificios no tienen elevador ! Algo A tener en cuenta para alguien q no pueda subir y bajar escaleras lo deje en notas para q su habitación sea un primer piso . Las camas son pequeñas ( matrimoniales ) y el aire acondicionado si no pides que lo bajen lo mantienen a una temperatura controlada no agradable para dormir . Se siente caliente la habitación ! Sin contar q tenía el ventilador de techo roto y la línea de teléfono rota para llamar y decirles, lo que tuve que ir hasta el front desk……

“Bugs in room, power outages every other night. Ac unit did not work properly . Poor service with the illusion that they’re willing to help. Got tricked into doing a time share demo wasting our morning for high pressure salesman. 300usd credit was a lie and another cheap tactic to get people to book. Pools were dirty too lots of dead bugs and dry leafs”

“Amazing room. Friendly staff and many pools to choose from. Food was great. Would stay again”
