“I stayd in waves Paraiso Beach with my family. Beach nice but a lot of seaweed, sometimes very bad smell. Food ok, pool very nice , excellent equipment in gym. No place to cool off (lobby, buffet....no AC) Nice entertainment, a lot of activities. At the end , hotel has a lot to do but if you a traveler with experience upgrade to Iberostar Lindo Rivera Maya.”

“Nothing special, was just ok, almost all the restaurants and buffet are open air just fans that spin, and was very hot and uncomfortable. The beach was full of weeds and smelly, we used the pool and was kind of dirty. The people working there are great, the room was nice, we had no view at all from the porch just trees. Will not recommend this place.”

“This resort should be great, came highly recommended, and had the piece parts to be exceptional, but wasn’t for us. Pros - rooms were nice and clean; pools and water parks were good and clean; food for breakfast and dinner was excellent; lots of carts to get around. Teen kids enjoyed the night club and games at the pool. Cons - service wasn’t good. We’ve been all over Mexico and the Caribbean and this was likely the least friendly staff of any resort we’ve been to; upsold regularly which is……
