“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Tous les repas étaient copieux et frais, choix de fruits et légumes variés ! Délicieux! après deux semaines nous étions encore sous le charme et serions bien restés plus longtemps! Nous avons fait de la plongée sous-marine tous les jours à partir de la plage! wow! et l'hôtel était pour moi un gros coup de coeur!!”
